Meetings & Conferences at the Kings Arms Hotel

There are three rooms at the Hotel available for your Meeting or Conference.

The smaller Crown Room is ideal for the smaller Business Meeting and is very popular with Local Community Groups (for which the Hotel makes no charge). This room is situated on the 1st Floor, at the front of the building and is double glazed. This room is also suitable for use as a Private Dining Room. The Hotel's Lounge Bar & Restaurant are available for this room.

Max No: 12 delegates

The L'Orangerie is suitable for larger Dinner's, Business Meeting's and Private Parties. Situated on the Ground Floor with disabled access from the Car Park. This room has it's own Toilet facilities. If used for a Full Day Business Meeting / Conference, then the Coach House Cafe Bar can also be offered as a change of venue for Lunch.

Now re-opened the Market Room is the largest of the 3 rooms, self contained with it's own Toilet facilities and Bar if required. Situated on the 1st floor with a private entrance and is suitable for larger Meetings, Conferences, Dinners and Parties. Again the Coach House Cafe Bar, Restaurant or L'Orangerie can be used as a change of venue for lunch if used for a Full Day Business Meeting

We offer a Daily Delegate rate for these rooms which includes Coffee on Arrival; Mid Morning Coffee & Biscuits; Choice of Luncheon Menu's; Hire of Function Room 9.00 a.m.- 6.00 p.m.; Mineral Water & Mints; Notepads & Pens.
